There is a "secret" to successful transformations and change initiatives.

“Pat is an awesome coach—
she was a coach and mentor
to everyone on my leadership team encouraging us to explore, grow and learn to create success with our enormous change initiatives.”

The secret is:

A leader and a leadership team with the right beliefs, skills and strategies for leading the efforts. Some leaders and leadership teams have this expertise and focus, but most do not. A leader and leadership team with the right support and guidance and direction from an expert change coach to lead and inspire the effort will succeed. Give leaders their own built in support systems from a sophisticated coach, and they will develop a sophisticated understanding and ability to guide and create the change initiative. The secret to successful change is not magic or millions of consulting fees with the latest technology but rather it is building real leadership capability and focus and letting this energy and existing expertise guide and lead the change throughout the organization.

Pat's process of working with a change leader and h/h team is straightforward, cost efficient and guaranteed to work. In fact, Pat guarantee that if a leader and h/h team works with her and takes her advice and direction for a minimum of one year on any change initiative, the effort will meet mutually agreed to results. No one has all the answers, but there are processes of developing answers that work. It isn’t magic, it is hard work and joint analysis and planning.

The process begins:

We begin by setting up a meeting of several hours to discuss the changes for the organization and then focuses on the personal/skill changes and/or development needed to build and support the leader in h/h change initiatives. Because Pat is an expert both in individual and organizational change, she can work effectively with the change leader, and any group of change leaders—the team of leaders charged with change, to simultaneously work on the needs of the organization and the needs of the individuals. There is a third piece—the team itself. Pat also spend time making certain that team itself is functioning at its best so that problems along the road can be identified and worked on effectively.

Pat focuses on these three things:

  • The change issues of the leaders and the skills/support he or she needs to lead the change.
  • The leadership team as individuals and as a team to make sure each and all are functioning effectively; and
  • The organization—making sure the right issues are being handled in the right time frames and with the most effective approaches

The change effort will succeed:

LEADERS CAN MAKE EFFECTIVE CHANGE AND TRANSFORMATION A REALITY WITH THE RIGHT SUPPORT/GUIDANCE AND DIRECTION.

This approach is more cost effective, sensible and sensitive that spending enormous fees on hosts of consultants who try to control the process and create the change themselves. We believe by a steady and clear focus on the leader and the leadership team and the existing resources within the organization the organization and its people can and will come together to support necessary change and transformation initiatives. We guarantee it.
