Dr.
Pat Gill Webber is an authority on personal and organizational
change learning and transformation. She works with individuals
and teams at all levels of an organization giving them the
support that they need to make deep, profound and lasting
personal changes. She believes that organizational change
transformation starts with a focus on personal learning.
From this personal growth comes the potential for transformation
of organizations to be better places to work, more productive
enterprises and better corporate citizens.
Pat has completed a multi year research study in 2005 studying
how people working in a post 9/11 world react to change,
participate in change and handle change both personally
and professionally. She and her colleagues work considering
emotional intelligence and reactions to change resulted
in a book, Change Ahead: Working in a Post 9/11 World,
of research and advice for individuals and leaders working
